first stop
Ladner Village Market
5028A 48th Ave., Delta, BC

For your first stop on the Delta Passport Tour, stop by the Ladner Village Market, one of western Canada’s largest open-air farmers’ markets. The Ladner market has been growing each year since its inception almost 30 years ago. Located in downtown Ladner Village, Ladner Village Market is central to a recent pedestrian-only revitalization project in the area. This market fills up three tree-lined pedestrian-only blocks with dozens of vendors, buskers, and artists.

Here you can find farm fresh produce, locally sourced meat and seafood, as well as crafts from local artisans, and live music! The market is only open bi-weekly, so make sure to plan your visit accordingly!

second stop
Southlands Tsawwassen Farmers Market
6333 Market Avenue, Delta, BC

Next, head a little further south to the Southlands Tsawwassen Farmers Market. This market is also bi-weekly, and operates every other Saturday from June to November, at Market Square.

This neighbourhood gem features fresh local fruits and veggies, locally grown flowers and artisanal foods. You can also find fresh baked goods, hot and cold drinks, handcrafted artwork, jewelry and gifts, live music, food trucks and more! Around Market Square, check out several demonstration gardens, a community orchard, and other local food businesses in the area.
