Ladner Village Market
Delta / sc̓əwaθən məsteyəxʷ
sc̓əwaθən məsteyəxʷ - Traditional spelling of "Tsawwassen," in hun’qum’i’num meaning “land facing the sea.”
One of western Canada’s largest open-air farmers’ markets.
Just a short drive south of Vancouver, the Ladner Village Market has been steadily growing year over year since its inception more than 25 years ago. These days, this first-class village market inspires a festive energy amongst the three blocks it inhabits in downtown Ladner Village.
Surrounded by heritage buildings and the old City Hall, the recently revitalized pedestrian-only tree-lined streets come alive with the sounds of buskers and commerce – as farm fresh produce, meats, and seafoods join artisans and local businesses to welcome residents and tourists to this very popular destination farmers’ market.
PLEASE NOTE: This market is operating bi-weekly. Please check their website or social media for updates.
We acknowledge our market is located on the shared, traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the scəw̓aθən (Tsawwassen), xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), and Coast Salish Peoples.
This market participates in the BC Farmers' Market Nutrition Coupon Program.
