Surrey Urban Farmers’ Market

Surrey / Semiahmoo

Semiahmoo - Meaning "Half-Moon" describing the Semiahmoo Bay. Note this is just one of the many First Nation names for the regions of Surrey.

A place for urban customers to reconnect with local food producers.

Discover the warmth of community spirit at our outdoor Farmer’s Market in Central Surrey. This vibrant farmer’s market is a multicultural, non-profit organization that honors local farmers, food producers, artisans, and community groups. Operated by a dedicated team of volunteers, our goal is to enhance our diverse community.

Tucked away in the spacious parking area of the scenic Royal Kwantlen Park, situated at the intersection of 104th Avenue & Old Yale Road, our market invites guests bi-weekly on Saturdays from June 15th to October 5th, between 10 am and 3 pm. Conveniently located on a major bus route and just a brief stroll from the Surrey Central bus loop/sky train, we provide complimentary parking and accessible washrooms.

Royal Kwantlen Park is more than just a marketplace. It boasts a vast playground, welcoming green spaces for picnics, areas for sports spectating, a modest skate park, a swimming pool, and public restrooms.

While you shop and champion local businesses, you’ll have the opportunity to engage with local farmers, food producers, artisans, crafters, and performers, fostering a shopping experience that is both distinctive and unforgettable.

Surrey Urban Farmers Market would like to acknowledge that the land on which we gather is the traditional and unceded territory of sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) Coast Salish peoples, specifically the Kwantlen, Semiahmoo, Tsawwassen, Katzie, Kwantlen, Kwikwetlem, Qayqayt, and numerous Stó:lō Nations First Nations.
