Port Coquitlam Farmers’ Market
Port Coquitlam / kʷikʷəƛ̓əm
kʷikʷəƛ̓əm - Coquitlam was derived from the hən̓q̓əmin̓əm̓ (HUN-kuh-MEE-num) word kʷikʷəƛ̓əm (kwee-KWET-lum) meaning “Red Fish Up the River”.
A beautiful setting for a beautiful market.
Community and culture come together every week as the Port Coquitlam Farmers’ Market sets up shop in the Terry Fox Hometown Square. This lively market is always a family affair with hot food service, story time in Kids Korner, live music in the bandshell, and well-mannered pets invited to join in on all the fun.
PoCo’s dedicated local farmers and food producers make filling your baskets with fresh local goodies a breeze at this open-air event, with an abundance of options available to take home no matter your craving.
We respectfully acknowledge that the land we gather on is the Unceded Traditional Territory of the kʷikʷəƛ̓əm (Kwikwetlem First Nation), including those parts that were historically shared with the q̓ic̓əy̓ (kat-zee), and other Coast Salish Peoples.
This market participates in the BC Farmers' Market Nutrition Coupon Program.
