Since 2007, this popular market has become a community hub to support and promote the vibrant local agriculture, fresh produce and artisanal food, handmade apothecary and fine art creations.
We acknowledge that our market is located within the unceded traditional territory of Yaq̓it ʔa·knuqⱡi’it. We recognize that we live and work within their vast lands. ʔakanuxunik̓ are from Yaq̓it ʔa·knuqⱡi‘it and are members of the Ktunaxa (Kootenay) speaking peoples of British Columbia, Idaho and Montana.
