Squamish Winter Farmers’ Market
Squamish / Sḵwx̱wú7mesh
Sḵwx̱wú7mesh - The name Squamish is an English adaptation of the original Sḵwx̱wú7mesh language. Loosely translated, it means "Mother of the Wind" and "people of the sacred water."
This year the winter market will have over 50 vendors, some who were favourites of the summer market, as well as many new faces. There will be farmers selling winter vegetables, meat, honey, and eggs, as well as local artisans, cooks, and bakers selling a great selection of jewelry, textiles, home decor, bath/body products, pet treats, hot food, preserves, and much more! Can’t wait to see you!
We respectfully acknowledge that the land we gather on is the Unceded Traditional Territory of the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw (Squamish Nation)
