Fort St. John Winter Market

Fort St. John / Gat Tah Kwą̂

Gat Tah Kwą̂ - The name means “Spruce Among House”, which refers to the large number of teepees First Nations people had here both before and after Europeans arrived.

Join us at the Fort St. John Winter Markets taking place at the Pomeroy Hotel November to April!

We acknowledge that our market takes place on Treaty 8 territory on the traditional lands of the Dane-zaa peoples of the Doig River First Nation, Blueberry River First Nation, and Halfway River First Nation.
