Nicola Valley Farmers’ Market
A local market with produce and products in Merritt’s city centre.
The parking lot behind the historic Baillie House in Merritt is home to the Nicola Valley Farmers Market. Around 20 vendors come together on Saturdays to sell a variety of farm-fresh produce, meats, eggs, and baked and canned goods. Keep an eye out for honey and beeswax from a local apiary and the farm-to-table butcher’s stall. Artisans also bring their crafts, offering handmade woodworked items, quilts, jewelry, and more.
Its proximity to the Merritt information centre and one of the city’s main attractions make this farmers market popular with both locals and tourists. Visitors can usually find live entertainment onsite too.
When not at our regular site please check the 2100 block of Quilchena Ave, or our Facebook for updates.
We respectfully acknowledge that the land we gather on is the Unceded Traditional Territory of the Nlaka’pamux Nation and Syilx people.
